We prepared a complete BREEAM In Use documentation and certification for Avenir Office Parks and Oasis Buildings in Prague. The projects achieved the required Very Good Rating and became ones of the representative of modern trends in administrative building development in the Czech Republic.
I originally began cooperation with ENVIROS in 2006 whilst working for King Sturge. The main cooperation with ENVIROS was Phase 1 Enviromental Audits which have formed part of the Technical Due Diligence package associated with the acquisition, sale, development or refinancing of an asset or parcel of land.
