We developed an EDD portfolio for 29 locations of VGP logistic parks. Logistic parks contained in the VGP portfolio are located at strategic sites in the neighbourhood of important motorway junctions; the park in Horní Počernice with the total area of over 132,000 m² is one of the largest in Central Europe. Our specialists drew on their knowledge and experience with these localities and contributed significantly to the aquisition of this portfolio by PointPark Properties s.r.o. company.
