The guarantEE project  helps using the Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) method  both in public and private sectors throughout Europe, particularly by

• delevoping innovative solutions of the EPC method for leased facilities
• striving for a greater EPC method flexibility so that private sector clients can make better use of it
• supporting pilot EPC projects with the assistance of experienced facilitators

Within the guarantEE project, ENVIROS  is one of 14 experienced partners who will develop innovative business and financial models for savings-oriented ESCO projects. For leased buildings, the aim is to develop and test solutions distributing  appropriately costs and benefits among users, building proprietors and ESCOs (triple benefit).
