Business models for solar energy utilization in Serbia - Enviros

During 2019, ENVIROS has worked on one of the innovative projects participating in the Climate Incubator/Accelerator titled “Development of Innovative Business Models for Solar Energy”.

The purpose of the project is to support the development of the solar energy market in Serbia by derisking investments and sourcing innovative technologies in local communities. The overall objective of the Project was to improve the business conditions in the sector of renewable energy sources (renewables) in the Republic of Serbia by means of development of innovative business models for production and use of solar energy, for example by introducing energy cooperatives and crowdfunding. Project documentation and main design for three pilot solar plants has been developed in Kragujevac, Šabac and Čačak in total capacity of cca 100 kW. Market Analysis and Environmental Impact Studies have been prepared as well.
