ENVIROS became part of the Komerční banka Group - Enviros

We are pleased to announce that ENVIROS is becoming part of Komerční banka. The company thus acquires a strong strategic partner, together with whom it will continue to devote itself to activities in the field of energy and environmental consulting.

Komerční banka has decided to expand its activities in the field of energy and environmental consultancy and has become a 100% owner of the Czech company ENVIROS. By merging, KB will significantly strengthen its existing know-how in the areas of consulting and project financing with a focus on energy, sustainability and ESG.

ENVIROS is the most important local player among energy and environmental consulting companies and also acts as an independent advisor for the financing of energy-saving and renewable energy projects for a number of major companies and institutions on the Central European market. The decision to buy ENVIROS was therefore a logical step. With the acquisition, Komerční banka will be able to complement and significantly support the further development of KB Advisory in this area, in particular by enabling KB Advisory to reach much larger projects that require very specific know-how.

Thanks to the interconnection of both companies, we will be more efficient and able to implement more projects for our clients. We also aim at a closer interconnection of advisory services and financing, for example in the field of energy savings or building certification,” adds Jan Hanuš, Director of KB Advisory.
