In 2015 – 2016, ENVIROS assisted Pardubice Region to select buildings (in ownership of the region) suitable for the 7th work package of EPC project and to prepare and perform the tender procedure for energy performance contracting provider.

The public contract consisted of the implementation of energy savings measures in 17 buildings of the Pardubice Region using the EPC method. They were buildings of social care, health facilities and secondary schools. The buildings were operated by organizations funded by the Pardubice Region. The contractor designed and included the measures in the EPC project which subsequently implemented in the buildings. The contractor ensured the investment funding and staff training.

By the implementation of energy saving measures  energy, fuel and water or other cost savings will be achieved. Achieved savings are guaranteed, monitored, evaluated and documented by the contractor and are sufficient for gradual payment of the investment and the total  price of the EPC project in the period of 10 years.
